This diptych is made up of two canvases, the first 100x100x3.5 cm and the second 70x100x3.5 cm which can be hung on the wall close together, slightly spaced or even distant. The chromatic base is very strong, burgundy, blue and yellow to express joy and serenity. The flowering branch has an oriental appeal probably due to my passion for Japan, haiku poems, one of which gave the title to the exhibition held in Rome in the San Salvatore in Lauro Museum in March 2022. A common thread that unites a past project with the current one. The technique is based on two distinct moments. The first in which color is poured onto the canvases in search of that satisfying liquidity, trying to combine three colors that can communicate well together. The second in which you try to find a suitable subject.
