Can’s art statement:
I am an artist-in-the-making who enjoys creating landscapes that invite to be explored, figures that ask to be looked at and curious abstracts that make you wonder. My work blends the liveliness of oils and acrylics, the soft texture of pastels, and the freedom of mixed media. Being on the autistic spectrum, I get deeply absorbed in the colors and forms I create, going through the endless possibilities in front of me. I reach a real sense of satisfaction only when I love what I see and I hope will inspire others to find beauty, calm and peace.
