This website is owned by G ArtGallery, G ArtGallery is an online art gallery for selling and sharing original artworks. So you are in the process of purchasing an original artwork or several original artworks through this site, for that please read this Terms of Service
Orders
When you fill out the purchase order, you send it to the artist directly, so that you buy from the artist directly through G ArtGallery, which is an intermediary between you
The Artworks are offered for sale on the Artist’s store, site pages, and categories as available subject to their availability. Each of the Artworks offered comes with a short explanation sheet containing information about its substrate, its dimensions, and type. To order an Artwork, the Buyer must select the Artwork of his/her choice, Click on “Buy Now” or place it in his/her cart and provide the necessary personal information to place the order (or identify him/herself, if he/she has a User account). Before validating the order, the Buyer must check the information appearing on the order summary, and he/she can correct any potential mistakes in the items inserted.
The order validation is done within 48 hours by G ArtGallery. to ensure the Artwork’s availability from the Artist. If the Artwork is no longer available, an email informing the Buyer will be sent within 48 hours, canceling the order.
Shipping costs
Most of the artworks displayed on the site do not include any shipping costs in their prices. When you fill out a purchase order, the shipping cost is automatically added to the displayed price, according to the address you entered in your order.
There are some artworks that include free shipping internationally or locally, so please read the description of the artwork displayed completely, before filling out the purchase order.
Sales prices and terms of payment
The Artworks sale price is listed on the Site in Dollars and euros set by the Seller/Artist, except delivery and packaging fees if applicable. The different methods of delivery and related costs are shown in the order summary. The delivery and packaging costs depend on the type of artwork, its dimensions, its weight, as well as the place of delivery.
The price of the artwork is paid to the artist directly by the customer using the following payment methods, PayPal or bank transfer, or by paying with a bank card.
Transfer of ownership happens as soon as the full price has been paid by the Buyer. Failure to pay the full price automatically cancels the sale, and the artwork is put back for sale on G ArtGallery’s website.
Delivery of the artwork
The delivery of the artwork is made at the address provided on the order summary form, during business hours, and according to the procedures laid down by the Shipping company, Which relate to the customary obligations related to the delivery of orders. meaning respecting the given schedules, the quality of the packaging for the artwork, as well as the conformity of the latter. The Buyer must, as soon as he receives the order, check its condition.
Refund Policy
The artwork can be returned in case you did not receive the same artwork that you ordered, or if it does not contain almost the same specifications as on the description list. you must inform us before the end of 24 hours of receiving it, and we will report the problem to the artist/seller, and start the return process
Intellectual Property
The Artist guarantees that he/she is the author of the ceded Artwork and that the latter does not violate any laws, regulations, and standards in force, or affect the rights of third parties. G ArtGallery commits to protect the Artist and the Buyer in case of any action brought by a third party about the ceded artwork, as part of the warranty of quiet possession. Upon the sale, the Seller assigns to the Buyer the material substrate of the artwork and its representation rights on the artwork. The Artist however retains his/her moral right to the artwork as well as the rights regarding its reproduction. (a Certificate of Authenticity is provided with each artwork.)

By visiting this website, you agree to submit to all the terms of service that you read on this page, regardless of the principles of conflict, and this applies to all conflicts that can occur between you and the website or between any third party or between any business partner on the website
Comments, Reviews, and Emails
Visitors may post content as long as it is not obscene, illegal, defamatory, threatening, infringing on intellectual property rights, invasive of privacy, or injurious in any other way to third parties. Content has to be free of software viruses, political campaigns, and commercial solicitation. We reserve all rights (but not the obligation) to remove and/or edit such content. When you post your content, you grant G ArtGallery a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publish, and modify such content throughout the world in any media.
License and Site Access
We grant you a limited license to access and make personal use of this website. You are not allowed to download or modify it. This may be done only with written consent from us.
Collector Account
If you are an owner of a Collector account on this website, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your private user details (username and password). You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or password. We reserve all rights to terminate accounts, edit or remove content and cancel orders at their sole discretion.
