• This work is a poetic fantasy, representing a mysterious conversation between a woman and a fish. The woman’s face, questioning, listens to the fish rising from the depths and determined to speak in her ear. Bald and naked as in all my paintings, this woman is rather the idea of a timeless woman than a real portrait; This representation seeks to approach the soul, the astonished, elusive, and sensitive part that dwells inside her. Everyone can imagine the content of the dialogue as she, he wishes, wondering what this ambassador from the deep would have to say to her, to him.
