Refund/Return Policy

However, we understand that there may be instances where you need to return an artwork. Our Refund/Return Policy is designed to ensure that returns are handled fairly and efficiently.

Returns

You have 3 calendar days to return an artwork from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your artwork must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging.

Please note that some artworks are not eligible for return. These include:

  • Custom artworks or commissions
  • Limited edition prints that have been signed and numbered by the artist
  • Artworks that have been altered or damaged by the buyer
  • Artworks that have been personalized or have a message added to them

If you are unsure whether an artwork is eligible for return, please contact us before making your purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at info@ggalleryartonline.com with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the artwork.

Once we receive your returned artwork, we will inspect it to ensure that it is in the same condition as when it was shipped. If the artwork is in the same condition, we will issue a refund to your original method of payment, minus any shipping costs. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account.

If the artwork is not in the same condition as when it was shipped, we reserve the right to reject the return or deduct a fee from your refund to cover any restoration costs.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your artwork. Shipping costs are non-refundable..
